Doris Geneva Tyler (Jeanne Tyler), 77, graduated to Heaven to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Monday, April 18, 2016 in Scottsdale, AZ. Jeanne Tyler was born on August 20, 1938 in Chatom, AL to Buford Heathcock and Mary Elizabeth Taylor (Lizzie). She attended school in Stateline, Mississippi. On November 8, 1959 she married Johnnie Lamar Tyler. Jeanne resided in many different places across the United States. She lived in Chatom, AL; Stateline, MS; Jacksonville, FL; Charleston, SC; Sacramento, CA; Aurora, CO; Colleyville, TX and then she retired to Loudon, TN with her husband. Jeanne worked at DayStar Television in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Following the loss of her husband, Jeanne moved to Scottsdale Arizona to be closer to her two sons. Jeanne will be remembered for her unwavering faithfulness to the Lord Jesus Christ and to her Husband, Johnnie Lamar Tyler. Jeanne is preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Lamar Tyler; Mother, Mary Elizabeth Taylor; Father, Buford Heathcock; two Brothers, Edgar Taylor and DW Taylor; two Sisters, Bobby Gean and Flourmae. Jeanne is survived by her two sons, Danny Tyler and his wife Lisa of Scottsdale, AZ and Jeffery Tyler of Cave Creek, AZ; three grandchildren, Jordan, Christian and Sophia; two brothers, Mac Taylor of New Orleans, LA and Jimmy Taylor of Eugene, Oregon. The visitation & viewing will take place on Monday, April 25th, from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Smith Trinity Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM.
