Doris Lucille Rogers

Doris Lucille McLemore Rogers age 73 of Maryville for the past 17 years with prior residence in Athens, GA, passed away Friday, February 11, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She loved traveling, enjoying trips to Europe, Canada, Alaska and across the United States. She was a dedicated and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and was anxiously awaiting the birth of her first great-grandchild. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Rogers; parents, Bud & Ollie Mae McLemore. Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Stacy & Fred Blomquist and Twyla & Joseph Haslett all of Watkinsville, GA; son, Justin Rogers of Maryville; grandchildren, Jessica Rumely & husband, Tim, Johanna Haslett, Ethan Haslett & Sarah Rogers; brothers, Cecil McLemore, Mitchell McLemore & wife, Carol; several nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, February 14, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service 11:00 am Tuesday, Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev.
