Donnie Lynn

Donnie Lynn, age 86 of Maryville, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.  Donnie was a life-time member of the Maryville Church of Christ.  She owned Donnie Lynn Real Estate from 1978 – 1996.  Preceded in death by her husband, Ancel Lynn and son, Ronnie Lynn;  Survived by her daughter, Sandy Boring and son-in-law, Luther Boring;  Granddaughter, Kim Murphy and husband, Tony Murphy; Grandson, Mike Boring and wife, Nacire Boring. She has great and great-great grandchildren.  The family wants to thank her long-time caregiver, Kim Dotson for all the love and care.  In the words of her grandchildren: “She was truly the wisest, most amazing person ever. There was hardly a problem she couldn’t solve.”  She encouraged and mentored not only our family but many others.  We are the lucky ones. We will miss her forever.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2;00 pm on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Maryville Church of Christ with a Celebration of Donnie’s life to follow at 2:00 pm with Herb Byrd and Rev.
