Dennis Steven Russell

Dennis Steven Russell age 57 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a realtor with Wood Realty. He was a member & organist at Carpenters Campground United Methodist Church and studied music at UT. He was an entertainer at Memories Theater and played at several churches in Knoxville. He recently entertained residents at Shannondale. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Russell; stepfather, Bill Folden; father-in-law, Robert Stephens. Survivors include his wife, Cathy Russell; mother, Irene Folden; sister & brother-in-law, Joy & Bill Bush; nephew, Billy Bush; mother-in-law, Una Stephens; sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Sherry & Jeff Rogers; several aunts, uncles & cousins; numerous friends. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service at 8:00 pm Thursday with Rev. Ken Tucker officiating. The family & friends will assemble at 11:00 am Friday, April 1, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
