Delores Anne Renfro

Delores Anne Renfro, age 87 of Maryville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, March 10, 2025 at Brookdale Senior Living. Delores was a graduate of Maryville High School and a proud supporter of Walland and Heritage High Schools where her husband coached football for many years. She was a charter member of Everett Hills Baptist Church serving as a Sunday School teacher with the high school girls class, working in hospitality, and singing in the choir. Delores retired from 1st Tennessee Bank in 1997 after serving for over 30 years. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She loved her church, serving Jesus and spending time with her grandchildren. Delores had a wonderful sense of humor and never met a stranger. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Virginia Rogers; Survived by her husband, Jack Renfro of Maryville; children and their spouses, Karen and Phil Jones of Maryville, Kevin and Danna Renfro of Rockford, and Keith and Mindy Renfro of Knoxville; grandchildren, Kory Jones, Kristopher Jones, Kelsey Jones, Douglas Renfro, Karah Lawen, Kennedy Renfro, and Kaden Renfro; Great-Grandchildren, Wyatt Jones, Charlotte Jones, Silas Jones, Kanaan Jones, Kaleb Jones, Kinsley Jones, Milo Lawen, Ella Renfro, Easton Renfro, and Jude Renfro; Brother, Don Rogers of Maryville; sister, Dot Coulter of Nashville; Survived by many nieces, nephews and other family. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 1:30 until 3:30 PM at Everett Hills Baptist Church. A Celebration of Delores’s life will follow with Rev. Doug Hayes and Douglas Renfro officiating. A private family graveside will be held at Grandview Cemetery.
