Delores "Penny" Phipps

Delores Ann “Penny” Phipps, age 83 of Maryville, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Fairpark Health and Rehabilitation Center. She is preceded in death by her husband Bob Ray Phipps. Penny is survived by her two sons, Bobby Phipps and Steven Phipps. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Smith’s Trinity Chapel with a Life Celebration to follow at 6:00 PM officiated by Pastor Chris Tackett.
