Deborah "Debbie" Greaser

Deborah "Debbie" Ann Gilland Greaser age 60 of Maryville passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family and friends after a 5 ½ year battle with colon cancer. Debbie was a lifetime member of Grandview Baptist Church. She graduated from Everett High School, attended Carson Newman College and graduated from Excelsior College with her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Debbie was a Registered Nurse and worked for Occupational Health at ALCOA Inc. and JTek. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Oliver and Leafie Gilland and Roy and Pearl Everett. Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Michael Greaser; daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Gary Perkins and Kelly and Tommy Kerr; grandchildren, Bryson Perkins, Makinley Perkins, Jakob Kerr, and Kaylee Ann Kerr; parents, C. A. and Loretta Gilland; brother and sister-in-law, David and Janice Gilland; sister-in-law, Linda Greaser Malonee; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Terry Russell officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Darrell Millsapps and Rev. Byron Gibson officiating.
