David M. Williams age 69 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at UT Medical Center. He was a Veteran and proud American. David was a musician and lover of music. He was proud of his Cherokee Indian Heritage and loved to make everyone smile. David was a child of God and is now resting with the angels. Luv ya Pops. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Joanne & Rusty Shimer of Lakeland, FL; Son & Daughter-in-law, Mark & Mary Beth Williams of Monroe, GA; Sons, Len Williams and Chris Williams of Maryville; Six Grandchildren and Five Great-Grandchildren and his loving puppy “Princess.�? Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
