David Harrell Russell age 76 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Everett Hills Baptist Church and a 50 year member of Rockford Masonic Lodge #469. David worked for 39 years at Kerns Bakery. Preceded in death by: Mother & Father, Stella & Roy C. Russell; Brother, Charles Russell; Mother & Father-in-law, Edna & Virgil Emert. Survivors include: Wife of 40 years, Mary Emert Russell; Brother & Sister-in-law, Gene & JoAnn Russell of Maryville; Nephews, Chris Russell & wife Nancy of Chisinau, Moldova, Brent Russell & wife Lisa of Maryville, and Tim Russell & wife Roxanna of Maryville; special friends, Gary & Denise Fields. Funeral service will be at 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Ted Witchen officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
