David L. Rigg

David Rigg (1936-2012) went to be with the Lord early Christmas morning, December 25 2012. He was born June 22, 1936 and was 76 years old. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Jo Carolyn and his son Daniel (Danny) Rigg. David graduated from Picher High School in Picher, Oklahoma and served honorably with the 101st Airborne. He retired from New Johnsonville Dupont where he had worked as a Mechanical Engineer. He was a member and past master of both the New Providence Masonic Lodge 128 and Camden Masonic Lodge 179. Dave led a wonderful life, filled with family and friends, all of which he deeply loved. He was an excellent provider as a father and husband. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his son Jack Rigg and wife Pamela, his daughter Linda and husband Gary Keith, his grandchildren Christina Lowe, Leah McCann, Lauren Reagan, David Lee Rigg II, Michael Rigg, Whitney Rigg and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Reta Palmer of McCalister Oklahoma and Kari Duffell of Denver Colorado. Funeral & masonic service will be at 7:00 pm, Friday, December 28, 2012 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Longmire officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 2:00 PM, Saturday December 29, 2012 at Benton County Memorial Gardens in Camden, TN with Rev. Bennie Akers officiating.
