Danny Galyon

Danny Galyon age 54 of Maryville passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at his home. Danny was an Educator in Blount County for 25 years and was a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Air Force and the Tennessee Air National Guard. He was also a member of New Providence Masonic Lodge #128 FA&M. Preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Margaret Galyon. Survivors include his son, Troy Galyon and sister, Ginger Galyon. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the Smith West Chapel with Rev. Chris Cupp officiating. Inurnment will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Grandview Cemetery with full Military Honors. Serving as Pallbearers will be his lifelong friends, Jimmy Rickman, Todd Cook, Jeff Hood, and David Sparks.
