Claude Henry Clabough, age 84, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2010 at the family home. He was a lifelong area Dairy farmer, Gardener, Guitarist & Banjoist. He was a longtime member of Morningstar Baptist Church, a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend who will be deeply loved and missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Geneva Clabough. Survivors include: sons and daughters-in-law, David and Kate Clabough and Darrell and Roxie Clabough of Louisville; grandchildren, John and Amanda Clabough of Louisville, Lucas and Angie Clabough of Waycross, GA, Jeremy Clabough and Kacy Clabough, both of Louisville, Beth and David Edmonds of Greenback, and Ian Fitz of Alcoa; great-grandchildren, Blaze and Pierce Clabough of Waycross, GA, and Tysen Fudge of Louisville; Sisters and brother-in-law, Ruby and Joe Hall of Townsend, Ruth Shields of Knoxville, and Martha Franklin of Sevierville; many nieces, nephews, and other family also survive. A celebration of Claude's life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in Smith West Chapel with Elder Shirley Henry officiating. The family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Tuckaleechee United Methodist Church Cemetery for the Interment service.
