Chrystine Smith

Chrystine “Nana�? Smith age 76 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was a volunteer for the ARC Bowling League for 15 years and a volunteer with the Special Olympics for many years. She was a loving caretaker, mother, wife & grandmother. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Smith; brother, Robert Campbell; son, Raymond Eugene Smith. Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law, Charles & Peggy Smith of Maryville; special daughter, Susan D. Smith of Maryville; daughters & sons-in-law, Gayle Cassell of Washington, Marie & George Thompson of Greenville, Shirley & Al Thompson of Michigan; 12 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law, Willard & Shirley Campbell of Knoxville, Dennis & Sandra Campbell of Maryville, Basil Campbell of Michigan; sister & brother-in-law, Brenda & Bruce White of Michigan; many nieces & nephews and special friends with the Bowling League. Family & friends will assemble 3:30 pm Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Dotson Memorial Church Cemetery for graveside service & interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ARC, 2907 Old Niles Ferry Rd., Maryville, TN 37803.
