Christine Twiggs McGuire Nelson, age 87, of Maryville, formerly of Winona Lake, Indiana, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother who will truly be missed by those who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eura Mcguire and Sam Nelson;, and Granddaughter, Karmen Carney; Survivors include her children and their spouses, Linda and Roy Wood of Maryville, Rallie and Ken Hudnall of Seymour, Eura Jr. and Sonja McGuire of Vonore, Brenda and Greg White of Warsaw, Indiana, Sherry and Peter Lytle of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Jim and Nancy McGuire of Maryville; many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews, and Many Special Friends; Sister, Martha Walker of Ellijay, Georgia; Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013 in the Smith East Hall with Rev. George Macht officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity in Christine's name.
