Christie Sullivan

July 27, 1977 — January 4, 2010

Christie Angel Sullivan, born on July 27, 1977 peacefully passed away in her sleep on the morning of January 4, 2010. Preceded in death by: grandparents, Lawrence & Dorothy Collins, James W. and Ruby E. Sullivan. Christie attended the Maryville School system and was a 1999 graduate of Maryville High School. She also attended the Gateway to Independence (Act 3:2) a program for adults with disabilities. A member of a bowling team that bowled on Saturday mornings at Crest Lanes in Maryville and Participated in Special Olympics. Leaving to mourn her passing is her mother, Bonnie Lynn Sullivan dedicating her life to Christie's care and well being. Also mourning is her father James Michael and wife Pat who will miss his Sweety Dedi. Aunt and uncles Linda (Michael) Iribacher, Carol (James) Artcliff, Judy Schmitt, Howard (Jennie) Collins, Frank S Collins, Tony & Julie Sullivan and many cousins, local and abroad. Christie was cared for by several nurses in her life, Jackie Carter 15 years, Nina Wimbley, Lori Elliot, Judy Covington, Mary Russell most recently and several wonderful CNA Roxanne Mays and Daniella Carter. She will be greatly missed by Jackie Carter, Nina Wimbley and their families. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 8, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Dale Buchanan officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 3:45 PM, Friday, January 8, 2010 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
