Cheryl Malonee Slick

Cheryl Malonee Slick, age 63 of Maryville, passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a 1976 graduate of Everett High School. Cheryl was a devoted member of The Well of Maryville, where she will be remembered as a generous, witty, and loving woman who worshiped God with both her words and her deeds. She found great pleasure and joy roaming the mountains of East Tennessee, traveling the road unknown, quilting, photography, and took great pride in her role as a grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband, Dave Slick; parents, Charles and Dorothy Malonee. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Caleb and Tiffany Owenby; daughter and son-in-law, Ali and Lance Anderson; grandchildren, Lily, Daniel, Dean, Luke, and Clara; brothers and sisters-in-law, Chuck and Teresa Malonee, David and Audrey Hurst; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Eddie Montoya, Pam and Dennis Kirkland, Linda Malonee; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
