Charlotte L. Owyang of Friendsville passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 at home. Charlotte truly loved working with children and assisting as a chaperone with various school groups throughout the years. Preceded in death by: Parents, Archie & Reva Drake; Sister, Anna Hunt. Survivors include: Husband, Roger Owyang; Sons & Daughter-in-law, Tony Campbell of Friendsville and Mike & Karen Campbell of Friendsville; Daughter & Son-in-law, Reva & Ricky Hobbs of Friendsville; Granddaughter, Brandi Stinnett; Sister & Brother-in-law, Joy & George Tipton of Friendsville; Brother-in-law, Claude Hunt.
