Charlotte Evelyn Headrick age 82 of Greenback passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by: Husband, Carl Thomas Headrick; Parents, Fred & Edna Carpenter; Brothers, George Dale Carpenter, J.D. Carpenter, Bill Carpenter, Nick Carpenter; Sisters, Juanita Cook and Faye Oaks. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Janice & Randy Stinnett of Maryville; Daughter, Jama Lynn Headrick of Maryville; Grandchildren, Jacob and Jaden; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Frank Ray & Frances Carpenter and Wayne J. & Norma Jean Carpenter; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Mildred & Frank Conatser and Clifford & Joann Nelson; Sisters-in-law, Shirley Carpenter, Audine Carpenter, and Alice Carpenter; many nieces, nephews and other family also survive. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 20, 2011at Marble Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Friendsville for the interment.
