Charles R. Headrick

Headrick, Charles Ray age 56 of Louisville passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006 at his home. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from ALCOA with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by: Mother, Julia Imogene Headrick. Survivors include: Daughter, Shanin Headrick of Maryville; Grandchildren, Brittany and Lindsey Strickland; Father, Charles W. Headrick of Rockford; Sisters, Betty Hood of Seymour, Joan Houser of Maryville, and Vicki Williamson of Maryville. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at Smith Mortuary. Interment will follow at Central Point Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience after 12:00 Noon, Sunday, September 3, 2006 at Smith Mortuary.
