Charles Daniel Harmon

Charles D. Harmon born September 1, 1948 to the late Dan and Edith Harmon went to be with The Lord on February 16, 2022. He was a loving and devoted family man. A wonderful girls’ daddy, and the best Papaw. Known to family as “Danny Boy” and friends as “Bettis”. Also preceded in death by his sisters, Mary Ruth Lawson and Bonnie Vance. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Georgia; daughters, Jennifer Harmon, Christy Potter, and Jessica (Scott) Longmire; grandchildren, Daniel Potter, Nora Potter, Melicah Harmon, and Averie Longmire; sisters, May Belle Medlin and Brenda Harmon; sister-in-law, Claudia (Lennie) Russell, and brother-in-law, Charles Walker; several nieces, nephews and other family also survive. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 5:30 until 7:00pm at Piney Level Missionary Baptist Church with a celebration of life service to follow at 7:00pm with Rev.
