Charles R. Green, Sr.

Charles R. Green Sr. age 65 went home April 29, 2014. Charles was preceded by Mother Mildred Fagg, Father Lloyd Green, Brother Stanley, Sister, Elaine Cupp. He is survived by his son, Charles "Chucky" Green Jr. and his brothers, James & Teresa, Chris & Barbara, and Lloyd and Donna. Charles was the beloved companion, friend, "dad" and "papaw" to: Glenda Dye, Harold and Cindy, Brad and Jami Dye and his much loved granddaughters, Chelsie, Madison, Lauren, and Hayden. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam and retired from Harrison Construction after 35 years of service. Receiving of friends between 5:00 PM and 7: 00 PM, Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Smith East Hall. Interment will be at 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Old Piney Grove Church Cemetery with Rev.
