Charles Abner Davis

Charles "Charlie" Davis age 35 of Walland passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Briar Cliff Nursing Home in Oak Ridge. He now walks in the presence of the Lord. Charlie loved the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Oak View Baptist Church. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, and uncle. He will always remain in our hearts. Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Paul & Avis Davis; Grandmother, Ada Moore; Father, Eddie Davis. Survivors include: Mother, Charlene Moore; Sister, Charity Decker & husband Alex; Nephews, Matthew & Samuel Decker; Niece, Ava Decker; Grandfather, Carl Moore; several aunts, uncle, and cousins. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Glen Gamble officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
