Caldwell, Charles L. (Charlie) age 55 of Maryville passed away Monday, March 4, 2007 at the University of Tennessee Hospital. Member of Walland United Methodist Church. He was the former owner of Century 21 Associates Realty. He was preceded in death by father, Roger Charles Caldwell, special aunts, Lucille Lee and Edith Bare; niece, Kristi Collins. Survivors include wife, Louise Caldwell; son, Toby Caldwell of Maryville; step-son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Robin Ivens of Maryville; daughter, Christy Caldwell of Knoxville, step daughter, Regina Nopola of Chicago and son-in-law, Dale; mother, Marilyn Caldwell of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Pat Caldwell of Maryville; brother, David Caldwell of Maryville; sister and brother-in-law, Valerie and Stuart Roberts of Birmingham, AL; mother-in-law, Phoebe Cable; nephews, Ian Roberts and Max Nopola; nieces, Nicole Roberts and Madison Collins; and a host of friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007 in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Pastor Eddie Collier and Rev. Greg Long officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 12:00 noon Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at Grandview Mausoleum for the entombment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Heritage Museum in Townsend, or Blount County Habitat for Humanity.
