Chairman Donald Loflin

Chairman Donald Loflin, age 90, of Maryville, TN passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022. He was member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and retired from The Tennessee Valley Authority. He was a United States Navy veteran and a member of Broadway Baptist Church. Donald is preceded in death by his father, C.L. Loflin and mother, Nelle Morgan Loflin; brother, Jacob Orville Loflin. Survived by his wife of 71 years, Opal Jones Loflin; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary D. Loflin (Virginia), Gregory B. Loflin (Peggy); daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Stewart (Mark); grandchildren, Joshua C. Loflin, Robert D. Loflin, Miles M. Loflin; great-grandchildren, Brady Loflin, Evie Loflin, Maxwell Loflin. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Broadway Baptist Church with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Tony Collins officiating. Family and friends will assemble at Grandview Pavilion and Legacy Trail on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM for an interment service.
