Chad Burns

Chad Burns age 19 of Maryville passed away Friday, August 6, 2010 at the family home. He attended Friendship Baptist Church and Maryville High School. Chad loved the outdoors. Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Dorothy Reva Burns Garner and James Garner. Survivors include: Parents, Roger & Janice Burns of Maryville; Sister, Jaqueline Nicole Burns; Grandparents, Frank & Johnnie Ambrister and Melford Davis; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; (Best girlfriend ever, Sarah Carver); a host of friends. Special thanks to the nurses on 5 East and all who cared for him at Blount Memorial Hospital, Blount County and City of Maryville Police Departments, Louisville Marina, and Dockside Grill. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Campbell officiating. Interment will follow at East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
