Carrie Lee Quinton

Carrie Lee Quinton of Maryville, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010. She was a charter member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She was a devoted Sunday School Teacher and loved to witness for Jesus Christ. Preceded in death by: Husband, Glenn Quinton; Parents, Charles & Altha Lane; Brothers, Raymond, Clyde, and Claude Lane; Sister, Frances Hunley. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Ronnie & Judy Quinton of Maryville; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Gail & Steve Wilson of Maryville and Shirley & Dickie McGill of Louisville; Grandchildren, Rhonda Douglas & husband Donnie, Sheri Beth Townsend & husband Lee, April Hurst & husband Chuck, Chris Carver & wife Sonja, and Michaella McGill; Great-Grandchildren, Stephanie Douglas Goode & husband Jeremy, Daniel Douglas, Haden, Hunter, Evan, and Erik Townsend, Zeke & Faith Rogers; Special Niece, Sonya McClure; Special Cousins, Nell Ballew, Sylvia Stooksbury, and Jo Cooper. Funeral service will be at 12:30 PM, Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Smith West Chapel with Pastor Butch Cooper officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
