Carolyn Faye Williams

Carolyn Faye Caughron Williams, age 75, passed away at Blount Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born October 30, 1939 to Homer and Nettie Caughron. Carolyn was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She graduated from Everett High School and Knoxville Business College. She worked at First Federal Saving and Loan and was a Realtor for 25 years at Williams Realty. Carolyn had a great love and passion for growing and preserving flowers. She especially enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren. Carolyn was preceded in death by: parents; son, Craig David; sister, Charlotte McCoy; sister-in-law, Alda Riden; and niece, Melissa McCoy Grimwade. Survivors include: husband of 58 years, Carroll (Bud) Williams; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve Edward and wife Virginia; Scott Wesley and wife Connie; 8 grandchildren: Sarah Smith and husband Brett, Steven, Michael and wife Molly, Caitrin, Ashley, Faith, Jenna, and Eli Williams; two great-grandchildren: Emory and Sloan Smith; special niece, Melinda Oslacky and husband Michael and children Mallory and Michael. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
