Carolyn Faye Caughron Williams, age 75, passed away at Blount Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was born October 30, 1939 to Homer and Nettie Caughron. Carolyn was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She graduated from Everett High School and Knoxville Business College. She worked at First Federal Saving and Loan and was a Realtor for 25 years at Williams Realty. Carolyn had a great love and passion for growing and preserving flowers. She especially enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren. Carolyn was preceded in death by: parents; son, Craig David; sister, Charlotte McCoy; sister-in-law, Alda Riden; and niece, Melissa McCoy Grimwade. Survivors include: husband of 58 years, Carroll (Bud) Williams; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve Edward and wife Virginia; Scott Wesley and wife Connie; 8 grandchildren: Sarah Smith and husband Brett, Steven, Michael and wife Molly, Caitrin, Ashley, Faith, Jenna, and Eli Williams; two great-grandchildren: Emory and Sloan Smith; special niece, Melinda Oslacky and husband Michael and children Mallory and Michael. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery on Wildwood Road.
