Carolyn Marie Jacobs

Carolyn Marie Brewster Jacobs, age 76, of Greenback, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 7, 2017 at Blount Memorial Hospital after a courageous 40 year battle with cancer. She was a member of Vonore Baptist Church and a former member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by: Parents, Earl and Minnie Brewster; Brothers, Virgil Amburn and Marvin Brewster; Sister, Norma Jones. Survived by: Beloved Husband of 59 years, Raymond “Roy” Jacobs; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Lisa & Terry Baldwin and Kim & Calvin Hipps; Grandchildren, Jacob and Ethan Hearon, Jeremy Baldwin, and Wesley Hipps; Great-Grandchildren, Rylee, Emily, and Landon Hearon; Brother, Ronald Brewster; Sisters, Virginia Reagan of Gatlinburg and Edith Chambers of Illinois; many nieces, nephews, and other family also survive. Family will receive fiends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM, Friday, April 14, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with a Homegoing service immediately following with Rev. Jordan Amburn officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment services at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Williamson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with Jeremy Baldwin officiating.
