Carol Lynn Waters

Carol Lynn Waters, age 45, of Maryville, completed her journey and was welcomed into heaven Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the family home surrounded by her family. Carol is a special and loving soul who truly loved others more than herself. Her family, and especially her children Zach & Abby, were her life. Carol’s best attributes will always be able to be found in her children which were instilled with love and respect. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a true friend who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her one true love and devoted husband of 23 years, Joey Waters; Son, Zach Waters, and daughter, Abby Waters; her parents, Robert and Pat Harwell of Maryville; Brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Teresa Harwell of Louisville; Sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Mike Holt of Jackson, TN; Mother-in-law, Sandy Waters (Bill Waters ~ dec.) of Crump, TN; Joey’s brothers and sisters, Tommy, Tammy, Billy, Kenny, Vicky, Jesse, and Brian; Many nieces, nephews, and a host of family too numerous to mention. A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Pastor Ed Santana officiating.
