Carl H. Headrick

Carl H. Headrick age 88 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force having served in World War II. Carl was a member of Prudentia Masonic Lodge for 50 years and retired from Alcoa North Plant. Preceded in death by: Parents, Vina Clara & William Houston Headrick; Brothers, Wade and Ray; Sister, Sara Ann Headrick. Survived by: Wife of 52 years, Shirley; Brother, Martin; Sisters, Bertha Butler and Charlotte Hill; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Alan (Jeannie), Mike (Kelley); Son, Daryl; Daughter & Son-in-law, Carlene Hoaglan (JD); 10 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Greg Long and Rev. John Lowe. Family and friends will assemble for entombment at 1:00 PM, Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel.
