Carl E. Glasow

Glasow, Rev. Carl Edward age 81 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2007. He was born in Rochester, NY in 1925. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a retired United Methodist Church Minister and served churches in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Preceded in death by: Parents, Carl & Helen Lefler Glasow; Brother, John Glasow; Sister, Marjorie Glasow Herrick. Survivors include: Wife of 53 years, Erma Lee Headrick Glasow; Son, Steven Edward Glasow of Dallas, TX; Brother, James Glasow of Hockessin, DL. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 3, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Chaplain David Myers, Rev. Jim Harless, and Rev. Jerry Russell officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
