Buford R. Hackler, Sr. age 62 of Alcoa passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Anchor of Hope Tabernacle. Preceded in death by: Wife, Jean Burchfield; Son, William Hackler. Survivors include: Daughters, Sandra Anderson, Diane Hackler, Susie Hackler, Tessa Wilburn, and Marcel Pilkey; Sons, Timmy Hackler, Buford R. Hackler, Jr., David M. Hackler, Derrick Hackler, Randy Hackler, John Wilburn, and Brian Wilburn; 26 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Thomas Hackler and Joe E. Hackler; Sisters, Amy Puckett and Patricia Hackler; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Rev. Carl & Judy Crowe. Special Daughter-in-law, Tonya Wilburn; Special friend, James Coffey. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Carl Crowe officiating.
