Bruce Orrie Gilbert age 55 of Walland, TN passed away February 19, 2014. He was a great man, dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by all. Bruce was born January 28, 1959 in Big Rapids to Max and Barbara Gilbert. Preceded in death by: Wife, Carmen; parents, Max & Barbara Gilbert; sister, Karen LaRock; great niece, Jessica Coleman. Bruce is survived by wife, Katrina of Walland; three children, Jacob (Shaelyn) of Grand Rapids, MI, Lindsey & Erika of Walland, TN;; stepsons, Todd Merriman Jr. and Jacob Kitts; sister and brothers, Rosemary (Bruce) Ray of Gold Canyon, AZ; George (Ruth Anne) Gilbert & Thomas (Dawn) Gilbert of Big Rapids, MI, Brian (Luz) Gilbert of Peoria, AZ; brother-in-law, James LaRock (Kathy) and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 2:30 PM, Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Jeff Wadley officiating.
