Billy D. Phillips

Billy D. Phillips, age 73 of Maryville, TN, born in Webster Springs, WV, previously lived in McDonald, OH, past away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at his family home. He was retired from the US Army and a member of Victory Baptist Church. He was retired from A.E. Staley and Blount Home Health Medical Equipment. He was preceded in death by: his brothers, Joseph, Ernie, and Jerome. Survivors include his wife, Kathyleen Phillips of fifty years; son and daughter-in-law, DeWayne and Tonya Phillips; grandsons, Michael and wife Cassi Phillips and Joshua Phillips; great grandchildren, Britney Skye Phillips; brother, Charles Phillips of Dayton, OH; sisters, Evelyn and husband Wendell Mick and Randa Hall. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM and 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Monday, March 5, 2012 in the Smith Trinity Chapel. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 6, 2012 with Steve Craft officiating.
