Billy G. Odom, 79, of Maryville passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He retired from City of Maryville Electric Department. Preceded in death by: Sisters, Merle Ney of Virginia and Joyce Webb of Townsend; Brother, Ed Odom of Townsend. Survivors include: Wife, Shirley Odom; Daughter & Son-in-law, Kim & Mark Summerfield; Son & Daughter-in-law, David & Autumn Odom; Stepdaughter, Sharon Davis all of Maryville; Grandchildren, Joshua Phillips of Friendsville, Jennifer Latham of Townsend, Katllyn Summerfield of Elizabethton, Brady Odom and Camryn Odom both of Maryville; Great-Grandson, Nathan Lambert; Brother & Sister-in-law, Roy & Shirley Odom of Lanier; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Bill & Peggy Carden of Maryville; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Crisp officiating. Entombment will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Grandview Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
