Bill P. "Wild Man" Justice age 78 of Maryville passed away Friday July 25, 2014. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Maryville. Bill retired from Sears after 29 years of service and then went on to work for the University of Tennessee for 5 years. He survived by his wife of over 27 years, Mary Justice, son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Cathy Justice, grand-daughter, Marissa Justice, daughter, Debbie Shumate, many beloved nieces and nephews and beloved cat "Teddy". He is also survived by his sisters, Dorothy Belt, Mary Davis and husband Bill of Florida, Maxine Burnette and husband Sonny, Bobbie Webb and husband Johnny, brother-in-law, Calvin Willocks, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sue and Joe Clark of North Carolina. Bill was preceded in death his parents, L.A. and Hattie Justice, brother, L.A. "Burr" Justice and his wife Leland, sisters, Virginia Cate and husband E.J., Lois "Nuggie" Willocks, Pauline Matthews and husband Wilford, Nanna Sue Justice(infant), brother-in-law, Ned Belt. The family would like to express their gratitude to all the very special friends and neighbors for their love and kindness during Bill's brief illness. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, July 28, 2014 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Charles Ballard and Rev. Emerson Wiles officiating. The Eulogy will be given by Bill's son, Scott. The family will receive friends on Monday prior to the service from 5:00 until 7:00. Donations may be made to First Baptist Church Maryville, Tn.
