Billie Sue Hood

Billie Sue Hood shed her earthly tent on January 21, 2014 and entered into the immediate presence of her Lord Jesus Christ. She lived her days upon this earth committed to her Lord, church, family, and friends. Billie Sue retired from Maryville College where she spent most of her working years and was a member of Life Streams Church in Maryville, TN. She was born to Damon and Mellie Lewis, now deceased, as the youngest of five daughters. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Law, and sisters, Faye Miracle and Gail Lewis. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Laura Howard; son-in-law, Harold Law; grandsons, Damon and Gabriel Law and Andrew, Jacob, Matthew, and Caleb Howard; sisters, Joyce Skidmore and Bonnie Murphy as well as, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many good friends. In keeping with her desires, she will be laid to rest at Clark's Grove Cemetery where a private graveside service will be held to honor her memory.
