Billie Joan Boring

Billie Joan Boring, 88 of Maryville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 2, 2024. She was born December 14, 1935 to Bill and Ruby Law.  She was a member of Rocky Branch Bethel Baptist Church and an avid Bible reader. She loved having her family gathered around her and she also loved to talk to her friends and family on the phone. She was preceded in death by children: James (Jamie) William Boring and Berma Lee Walker; grandson, Lucas Boring; great-granddaughter, Evie Hope Boring. She is survived by her: husband of 69 years, Ralph Lee Boring; children, Dennis Walker, Mike and Brenda Boring and Bud and Anita Boring; 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister and best friend, Sue Johnson. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm in the Smith Trinity Chapel. Family and friends will assemble at 12:30 pm for graveside service and interment at Rocky Branch Bethel Church Cemetery with Rev. Mike Boring and Rev. Bud Boring officiating.
