Beverly Ann Jones

Beverly Ann Jones age 77 passed away on January 17, 2019. For the vast majority of her life, she worked in the computer industry, although ironically enough, after she retired, she wanted nothing to do with computers/technology and refused to have an email account or internet in the past several years. She loved to travel and had visited most of the geographical regions of the world. Until her body began failing her a few years ago, she was an avid golfer, and even got me out on the course with her once! Finally, like me, she was quite fascinated with history, and especially proud of her family history. I can remember being mesmerized as she showed me old family photos that included a mining town (long since gone) that existed fairly close to where she and my dad grew up. These memories are priceless, and part of what I will likely remember most about my Aunt Bev. She was a good person and a good friend. Those are things to which we should all aspire. When all is said and done, it’s all that really matters in the end. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Myrle Claussen of Deer Lodge, MT; nephew, Al Claussen of Bozeman, MT; niece, Mary Robin Rosenquist of Spokane, WA.
