Betty Tulloch Rule

Betty Tulloch Rule age 84 of Alcoa, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member at Broadway Baptist Church for 62 years. She retired in 1987 after 22 years as a bookkeeper for Maryville Radiology. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Mary Kathleen Tulloch; stepmother, Evelyn Tulloch; sister, Sue Laws. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Roger Rule; Son & daughter-in-law, Clark & Peggy Rule of Gastonia, NC; daughter & son-in-law, Vickie & Larry Moore of Greeneville, TN; 6 grandchildren, Kim Rule Roberts, Roger Rule, Kristi Moore Woods, Scott Moore, Chad Moore & Kevin Moore; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Willis of Maryville; several nieces & nephews. Funeral service 7:00 pm Friday, February 4, 2011, Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins & Rev. Larry Moore officiating. The family & friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment. Memorial donations may be made to Broadway Baptist Church Building Fund, 2329 E.
