Betty Joe Arwood, 89, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, December 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, David P. Arwood; her darling son, Roger Dale Arwood; parents, S.F. and Waltsie Tarbett; brother, Gene Tarbett; sister Mae Ruth Dixon. This reunion has been a great anticipation of Betty’s for many years. And left to cherish her memory is her daughters, Dreva & Kenneth McKee and Barbara & Robert Christiano; grandchildren, Tanya & Eddie McClanahan, Randy & Penny McKee, David & Kathryn Ann Loy, Missy & Jeff Kauffman, Bobby & Kristi Loy, Doug & Paula McKee; great grandchildren, Matthew & Savannah McKee, Amanda & Travis Cotten, Micah & Kristen Dukes, Amy & Will Hodgson, Hannah & Chris Sabo, Elly & Caleb Mangum, Kayla McKee, Thomas Loy, Austin McKee, Grady Loy, D.J. McKee; great-great grandchildren, Macie Cotten, Annabelle McKee, Owen Sabo, Ollie Sabo, Sister, Eutella Murphy and many family and friends. A ceremony to honor her life will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 7:00 pm in Smith’s Trinity Chapel with the Rev. Charles Roy Murrell officiating. Family and friends will assemble on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for an interment service.
