Bernice Irene Carruba

Carruba, Bernice Irene was born February 1, 1928 and died October 4, 2006. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Bernice was a native of San Diego, California. She graduated from San Diego High School in 1946. She married Carl Carruba Jr. in June 1975 and moved to Friendsville, Tennessee in 1977. She loved bowling and sporting events and jazz music, the children and her many pets. She is survived by her husband Carl, her daughter Kathy Hill, son David Cicalo and his wife Yvette of San Diego; grandchildren, Robert Tucker & wife Tammy, Melissa Hill, Cressy, Joseph, Sara, David Jr. Cicallo of San Diego; Great-Grandchildren, Biana, Tyler, Trent, Talon, Abigal, and Joshua; Brothers, Nathanial Cordova & wife Geri, Ralph Cordova & wife Toni. Carls children whom she raised for 32 years with much love and patience. Anthony & wife Cammy, Michael & Jeffery Carruba; Grandchildren, David, James, Olivia, and Megan Carruba; Great-granddaughter, Cloe Carruba; Loving friends, Jim Morgan, Nadine Bracken, Rita, Regina and Geneveve Morgan, Dottie Carruba, Melissa Bilicki, Mackey & Family, Sherri Gilmour, and Terrence Burns.
