Beatrice Modena Connatser age 89 of Maryville passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born November 26, 1926 in Old Chilhowee area of Blount County, TN. Beatrice was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where she was a member of the Golden Agers. She was a previous member of BPW for many years and retired from Alpha Industries. Her favorite hobbies were sewing, cooking, and growing plants. Preceded in death by: Husband, Climer E. (Connie) Connatser; Brothers, Ode, JC, and Bill Garner; Sisters, Ruth Klinger, and Doris Roberts. Survivors include: Son, Samuel Connatser & wife Benita of Knoxville; Granddaughters, Chancli Declercq & husband Matthew and Jessica Connatser all of Piney Flatts; Special friend, Jean Loveday of Maryville; many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Scott Linginfelter officiating.
