Barbara A. Humphrey

Barbara A. Humphrey age 72 of Maryville passed away Monday, March 1, 2010 at the family home. She was of the Baptist faith. She was retired from Blount County school system after 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred A. & Lea Charles Long; brother, W. J. Long. Survivors include her husband of 52 years Robert L. Hunphrey; daughter & son-in-law, Lisa & Donnie Bennett of Maryville; granddaughter, Amanda Bennett; brother & sister-in-law, Cledith & Dora Long. Funeral service 7:00 pm Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Jeff Fuchs & Rev. Raymond Burnette officiating. The family & friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maryville College Softball Program.
