Armintha Ann Deadrick Collins age 90 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012. Preceded in death by: Husband, App Collins; Son, Ralph Johnson; Parents, Raymond & Bertha Deadrick; 3 Brothers; 3 Sisters. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Dave & Patricia Johnson; Daughter-in-law & Husband, Judith & Mike MacKenzie; Sister, Bertha Grace Beeler; Grandchildren, Brian & Kim Johnson of Ruther Glen, VA; Angela Tracy of Livermore, CA, LeAnn & Jason Harding of Old Hickory, TN, and Brad Johnson of Nashville, TN; Great-Grandchildren, Krista Johnson and Kaitlyn Johnson of Ruther Glen, VA and Lily Marie Harding of Old Hickory, TN; numerous nieces and nephews. The family thanks Trinity Hills Assisted Living staff for their warm and loving care and concern shown over the last four years. They all went above and beyond what would be expected. The family also wishes to thank Comfort Keepers, Smoky Mountain Hospice Care and Tennova Residential Hospice for their outstanding care over the past several weeks. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 PM, Friday, June 22, 2012 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Chaplain David Collins officiating. Family and friends will assemble for entombment at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Sherwood Mausoleum Chapel.
