Aria Ann Louise Wood

Baby Aria Ann Louise Wood, 11 months of age, of Maryville, TN passed in her parents’ arms at East TN Children’s Hospital PICU in Knoxville, TN on June 10, 2021, after struggling with Trisomy 18. Baby Aria was born on July 2, 2020. During her short 11 months here on earth she touched many lives and is loved deeply by many family and dear friends. Her life here was a brief gift to us! Our little princess Warrior passed gently into the arms of Jesus. She is proceeded in death by her grandfather, Travis Wood and great grandparents, Charlotte & Rickey Petty and Clara Miller-Hundley. Aria is the daughter of Seirra and Caleb Wood of Maryville, TN. She is survived by one sibling, Travis Wood; Her Nana and Pap, Tabatha Delp and Robert Sneed of Knoxville, TN; Her Mammy and grandpa, Melissa Wood and Brandon Muir of Corryton, TN; as well as a host of other family members. During her brief time here on earth, Aria was loved by all who met her and will be extremely missed beyond measure. Special thanks to the NICU and PICU nurses, doctors, and staff, as well as Dr Angel (surgeon), Dr Brinkman (PICU dr), Tanya her social worker, Sandy and Tammy her care coordinators, Nicki (Home Health Nurse), Tanya and Lori (her Therapists). They’ve been with us since the beginning and did everything they could until the very end. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Smith Trinity Chapel with a Funeral Service to follow with Reverend Jay Miller officiating.
