Anthony Robert Brown

We are announcing in our grief the loss of Anthony Robert Brown. Anthony passed away at his home in Maryville, TN on 01/31/2021. Anthony was born 06/17/1980 to Robert and Rose Brown. He was born at Henry County Memorial Hospital. Anthony attended Parkview Junior High (now New Castle Middle School). He finished his high school education at The Rock Point School in Burlington, VT, graduating in 1998. Anthony returned home to New Castle, IN after graduating high school. He graduated from ATA Aviation Training Academy in Indianapolis in 2000. This began a long career that started with Continental Airlines and he stayed with them when they transitioned to Express Jet Airlines (United Express). Anthony served Express Jet airlines for 20 years in Dayton, OH, Cleveland, OH, Houston, TX, and Knoxville, TN. In October of 2020, he began a new chapter in his life in his self-described dream job at FedEx in Memphis, TN. Anthony was a family man and he lived for making his family happy. He loved working on airplanes, spending time with his wife and kids, spending time with his parents and family, making everyone laugh, travelling, 70s and 80s music, and his pets. Anthony took up ballroom dancing while he was living in Vandalia, OH. He enjoyed computers and gaming. Anthony is survived by his parents, Robert and Rose Brown of Maryville, TN, formerly of New Castle, IN, his wife, Megan Brown of Maryville, TN and three children, James, Bailey, and Heaven Brown, two siblings, Ernie Brown (Crystal) of New Castle, IN, and Lisa Bechtold (Mark) of Wausau, WI, formerly of New Castle, IN. Anthony also is survived by his aunts, Frances Johnson and Nancy Brown, an uncle, Arthur Brown (Connie), and cousins Stephanie Johnson, Bartholomew Brown (Amy), and Jacob Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Destinie Price (Brett) and Mason Brown (Mali), Andrew Brown, Rylan and Abel Price, and a nephew that is on the way, Patrisha Combes (Coby), Braxton Combes, Hailee Combes, Lilith Combes, Dalyn Hopper, Mathew Clouse and Kayla Clouse, two foster siblings, Joseph Goble and Tara Balon. Anthony is also survived by Jonathon Jones who was his best friend, and his maternal grandmother, Emma Jean Hall. He is survived by many maternal relatives, as well. Anthony is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ernest Fultz and his paternal grandmother and grandfather, Robert and Marion Brown.
