Annie Ruth Lambert

Annie Ruth Landers Lambert, 84, passed away May 19, 2016 at home surrounded by family. She leaves this world to dwell with her Savior, her parents, Wash & Lonnie Landers four siblings, Louise, Dot, Robert, and Catherine; her husband, Sam Lambert, Jr; and her daughter, Terri Lambert Watson. Those left to cherish her memory include: her children, Sam (Carol) Lambert III, Mike (Lisa) Lambert, Mary Janelle Lambert, and Cheryl (Carl) Guider; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; long-time friend, Glenn Isbell; Brothers, Grady (Etheleen), Elmo (Kim), and Charles (Brenda) Landers; sister/niece, Wilma Jean Martin and many extended family members; her devoted care-giver of 2 years, Sherry Dishner. Annie was a life-long member of Salem Baptist Church. Family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Toby Downey officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
