Angela Marie Wolters, Greenback, Tennessee, joined the angels in Heaven when she passed away April 16, 2024, after a brief illness at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Angela was born September 28, 1961, to Al and Betty Wolters of Everest, Kansas. After living several years in Merriam, Kansas, she moved to Greenback, Tennessee, in 2018, and lived with her sister and brother-in-law, Trudy and Forrest Hoff.
Angela was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Alcoa, Tennessee, where she was active in CCW, Martha’s Hands, Cursillo, and Called and Gifted.
Angela was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her siblings Barney (Deb) Wolters, Rod (Nancy Stewart) Kirschner, Trudy (Forrest) Hoff, Pam (Tom Wagner); her nieces, Karina(Saad Ibrahim) Wagner, and Lindsay (Dan) Bennett, and nephews Jonah (Isabelle) Wolters, Bryce (Amy) Kirschner, Matt (Laura) Kirschner, Rodney (Courtney) Kirschner, Kaighin (Erin) Wagner) and Kael (Cheyenne) Wagner, and great nieces and nephews: Gemma, Layla, Sawyer, Jules, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Cole, and Elora.
The Funeral Liturgy will be May 21, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Alcoa, Tennessee, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Benedict Cemetery, Bendena, Kansas.
