Angela Gail Oakes age 43 of Alcoa passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at her home. She was an employee of Advances Label Works in Oak Ridge. Survivors include: Parents, Buddy H. & Ann Oakes of Woodstock, GA; Brothers, Russell Oakes of Woodstock, GA and Darryl Oakes of Atlanta, GA; Niece, Camber Oakes; Great-Niece, Kelciee Garboski; Special Friend, Pauletta Rupert.
